Renovation - Located on the beachfront at Rose Bay, this landmark building has a 1970s charm which shapes the waterfront.

The internal ground floor structural walls were removed to create an open plan living with direct views to the beach from a new living space, kitchen, bar area and formal dining room.

With new finishes throughout the renovation has maintained the 1970s architecture with a modern coastal feel.
